Pourfection Booking and Payment Policy

At Pourfection, we strive to provide exceptional bartending services for all types of events. In order to ensure the highest quality of service and to secure your booking, we have outlined our payment terms below.

1. Non-Refundable Down Payment:

• A non-refundable down payment of 50% of the total price is required at the time of booking to confirm and secure your event date with Pourfection.
   

2. Full Payment Requirement:

• The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 30 days prior to the event date.
   
• If the event is booked within 30 days of the event date, the entire balance must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure the service.
   

3. Cancellations:

• The down payment is non-refundable, as it is used to cover initial preparations and guarantees your reservation. Exceptions to this is completely made by the owner dependent upon the situation and reason for cancellation.
   
• If the event is canceled more than 30 days in advance, no further payment will be due, but the down payment will be forfeited.
   
• For cancellations less than 30 days before the event, the full amount is due and non-refundable.
   

4. Payment Methods:

• We accept all major credit cards, and will provide a 10% discount for all payments in made in cash.
